Log in to DXE

To access DXE for your health system websites, just add /user to the base URL. For example, if your website URL is https://www.crestnerhealth.com, go to https://www.crestnerhealth.com/user then enter your username and password and click Log in.

Single sign-on (SSO)

Your organization may have set up SSO for DXE, so you can easily log in with the same username and password you use for other applications. If that’s the case, click the Login using Identity Provider link and follow the prompts.

Forgot your password?

Just click the Forgot your password? link, then enter your username or email address and click Reset. Password reset instructions are sent to the email address associated with your DXE account.
